Practicing a discipline to hear, discern and respond to the invitation to participate with God’s healing action enhances one’s awareness and expands one’s capacity to effectively contribute to our ministry.
CHI seeks to deeply engage those called to this ministry through nurturing a spirituality of work that emphasizes the discovery and integration of individual giftedness, personal growth, and spirituality, and encourages employees to use their unique talents within the ministry.
On a monthly basis, CHI’s Center for Formation is providing practical methods, suggestions and resources for advancing workplace spirituality; ultimately creating a robust ongoing formation resource library for personal reflection, meetings or with teams.
Thank you being a companion on the journey. We look forward to the conversation, insights, wisdom and questions along the way. Let us know your thoughts at SpiritualityofWork@catholichealth.net
Bringing our Whole Selves to Work
Part of the beauty of being in a ministry like CHI, is the recognition that the ministry flourishes only because the people of CHI bring their gifts and talents to their work every day.

This month our journey looks the core value of Excellence and it’s attributes of Strategic, Accountability and Innovation. These essential attributes of Excellence are at the heart of the video. Watch and listen as our coworker Dr. Lowe, shares how he thinks about and puts forth his personal and professional best.
