The goal of this initiative is to cultivate and support a strong cadre of mission-guided spiritual care leaders in alignment with CommonSpirit 2030 strategic plans through webinars and other leadership development activities. In partnership with Rush University, we also provide scholarships for high potential employees, agile learners, and strong performers who are committed to a career in our organization to participate in Rush’s Transforming Chaplaincy nine-month Certificate in Spiritual Care Management and Leadership training program directed by LaVera Crawley, CommonSpirit’s System VP for Pastoral and Spiritual Care.
