The work goes well beyond consultation. This team designs and leads initiatives that address clinical, organizational, and social ethics challenges at scale, with a direct commitment to measuring what that work produces.

That means documenting what this work does for real people. It means applying quality methodologies to Ethics work with the same rigor used elsewhere in healthcare improvement. It means making visible the process measures, outcome measures, and performance indicators that demonstrate value in terms of cost, effectiveness, and quality.
