Welcome Message (1 min read)

Over the last couple of months, many of you have participated in the “Called to Lead” train-the-trainer sessions. We have valued your thoughts and input in strengthening this formation series for leaders. As we begin piloting “Called to Lead” in preparation for our July 1st Go-Live, the national formation team is here to assist and support you in your efforts. Sacred Stories Survey

From Jesus’ parables to TED talks, storytelling is a powerful communication tool. At CommonSpirit Health, we have leveraged Sacred Stories as one way to communicate our mission and values, illustrate what they look like in action, and highlight the manifestation of the Spirit in our daily work. But, stories are only effective if they are shared; for this, we need your insight. Please take a few minutes to complete this brief survey

Discover more about Sacred Stories - including recent trends and future plans - by reading the Q3 Executive Summary.

Recent Sacred Stories

Describing a sunrise to a blind patient seems an impossible task - until one staff member takes her patient's hand and finds mutual inspiration in the story "To Truly See.”

In the spirit of Holy Thursday, we share the story of a volunteer who has massaged the feet of our patients once a week for more than two decades. A selfless example of servant leadership, she provides physical and spiritual comfort in "Massaging Souls".
